SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONSULTATION OF SHARI' A JUDGES AND REGISTRARS ON CIVIL REGISTRATION ON NOVEMBER 29, 2007 AT THE EL MANUEL CONVENTION CENTER, COTABATO CITY

The National Statistics Office .Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao is hosting the National Consultation of Shari'a Judges and Registrars on Civil Registration at the El Manuel Convention Center, Quezon Avenue, Cotabato City on November 29, 2007.

Travel expenses and the one day hotel accommodation and meals of participants during the activity shall be provided by the said Office.

Alt concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Hj. Commando P. Pilimpinas (MNSA), CEO V, Regional Director and Chairman of ARMM Civil Registration Committee is requested to submit to this Office, a report on the attendance of judges and clerks of court within ten (10) days from the date of the consultation.
