ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURTS OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS

DUTY ON ELECTION DAY, 15 JULY 2002

In connection with the Barangay and Sanguniang Kabataan Elections on 15 July 2002, you are hereby DIRECTED to report to your respective courts in this day on election matters within your jurisdiction and to resolve the same utmost caution and dispatch.

In Municipal Trial Court and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts without presiding judges, the same shall be referred by the Clerks of Courts to the judge of the paring court pursuant to the pairing system provide under Administrative Order No. 19-97 dated February 14, 1997.
