AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ORIENTATION SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON COMPARATOR ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE FAMILY CODE AND THE CODE OF MUSLIM PERSONAL LAWS OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct an Orientation Seminar-Workshop on Comparative Analysis ftetxueen the Family Code, and the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines from June 15 to 17, 2010 at the Grand Regal Hotel, Bacolod City.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Attendance at this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS except for those whose work stations are within Bacolod City, which shall be on OFFICIAL TIME ONLY, travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents. FormaJ business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
