AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES OF REGION THREE ON "INCREASING JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY: SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR JUDGES ON THE EFFECTIVE USE OF THE BENCHBOOK TRIAL COURTS (REVISED AND EXPANDED)"

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 10-2012, the following are hereby authorized to attend the "Increasing Judicial Efficiency: Seminar-Workshop for Judges on the Effective Use of the Benchbook for Philippine Trial Courts (Revised and Expanded) for Region 3" which will be held on March 20, 2012, at the Hotel Vida, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga:
