TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : 7th NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON CIVIL REGISTRATION (7NWCR) ON 05 TO 07 AUGUST 2014 IN CEBU CITY

The Philippine Statistics Authority-National Statistics Office (PSA-NSO) will conduct the 7 th National Workshop on Civil Registration (7NWCR) with the theme "Ikaw at Ako Tungo sa Wastong Pagrerehistro" on 05 to 07 August 2014 in Cebu City.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the workshop, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:

NAME STATION

1. Hon. Wilfredo F. Navarro RTC, Branch 19, Cebu City

2. Hon. Bienvenido R. Saniel, Jr. RTC, Branch 20, Cebu City

3. Hon. James Stewart Ramon E. Himalaloan (APJ) RTC, Branch 24, Cebu City

The registration fee of Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P3,600.00) for the venue, food and convention kit shall be shouldered by the participant.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
