TO : THE CONCERNED FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCES OF LAGUNA AND BATANGAS

SUBJECT : RESCHEDULING OF THE SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) SCHEDULED ON OCTOBER 26, 2012 AT THE DING HAO RESTAURANT, CALAMBA, LAGUNA

In view of Presidential Proclamation 488, s. 2012 declaring October 26, 2012 as a special non-working holiday, the seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) scheduled on the said date at the Ding Hao Restaurant, Calamba, Laguna is hereby cancelled.

Accordingly, the concerned first and second level court judges in the provinces of Laguna and Batangas are hereby notified that the seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) at the Ding Hao Restaurant, Calamba, Laguna is rescheduled on November 9, 2012.

This circular amends OCA Circulars Nos. 94-2012 and 103-2012 dated September 28, 2012 and October 11, 2012, respectively.
