INDEFINITE SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. VICTOR V. DECIEMBRE

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Second Division dated 20 August 2008, in Administrative Case No. 5364 entitled, "Juanita Manaois vs. Atty. Victor V. Deciembre ", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Atty. Victor V. Deciembre is found guilty of gross misconduct and violation of Rules 1.01 and 7.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility He is SUSPENDED indefinitely from the practice of law."

Atty. Victor V. Deciembre received the Decision on 8 September 2008 per Registry Return Receipt No. 24744, and he did not file motion for reconsideration.
