SUBJECT : 9th BIENNIAL NATIONAL SEMINAR-CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. ON 18, 19 AND 20 OCTOBER 2001 IN ZAMBOANGA CITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. will hold its 9th Biennial National Seminar-Convention on 18, 19 and 20 October 2001 at the Garden Orchid Hotel in Zamboanga City.

Judges are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
