REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9801 - AN ACT CONVERTING MAUBAN — TIGNOAN PROVINCIAL ROAD, PROVINCE OF QUEZON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Mauban — Tignoan Provincial Road in the municipalities of Mauban and Real, Province of Quezon is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Wokrs and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
