TO : THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. AND THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COSTRAPHIL, LUZON CHAPTER

SUBJECT : 2nd LUZON CONGRESS AND ELECTION OF REGIONAL DIRECTORS ON SEPTEMBER 26 TO 27, 2013 AT CENTRO BALER, AURORA

The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Luzon Chapter will hold its 2nd Luzon Congress and Election of Regional ^Directors on September 26 to 27, 2013 at Centro Baler, Aurora.

In connection therewith, the officers and members of COSTRAPHIL Luzon Chapter and the following COSTRAPHIL executive officers are hereby authorized to attend the 2 nd Luzon Congress and Election, of Regional Directors on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
