TO : ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE),

SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE SIXTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING OF THE PACE IN ILOILO CITY ON MAY 5 TO 7, 1994.

All members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) , will hold its Sixth Annual National Convention and General Membership Meeting at the Sarabia Manor Hotel, Iloilo City on May 5 to 7, 1994.

Members of the PACE are authorized to attend the said affair with their prior permission of their Executive Judgeand/or Presiding Judge. Attendance shall on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance of the employees should be subnsitted to this Office within ten (10) days froin date of the convention/meeting by the authorised officer.
