AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE DESIGNATED SINGLE SALA COURTS OF REGIONS II, V, VI, VII and VIII AT THE 3rd SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS JUSTICE FOR SINGLE SALA COURTS (ADVANCED LEVEL)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United Nations Children's (UNICEF), will conduct the 3rd Seminar-Workshop on Juvenile and Domestic Relations Justice for Single Sala Courts (Advanced Level) for the Judges and Branch Clerks of Court of the designated Single Sala Courts of Regions II, V, VI, VII and VIII from 27 to 29 June 2007, at the Montebello Villa Banilad, Cebu City, Philippines.

The attendance of the participants in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on IFiCIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly :d and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
