OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

6 TH BIENNAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 18-20, 2006 AT THE BOHOL TROPICS RESORT, TAGBILARAN CITY

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), will hold its 6 th Biennal National Convention and Seminar on October 18-20, 2006 at the Bohol Tropics Resort, Tagbilaran city.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said convention and their attendance shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Cecilia A. Flores, President, CLERAP, shall submit to this office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.

This amends OCA Circular No. 97-2005 dated 21 September 2005
