TO: THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT:

7 th BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION ON JUNE 21 TO 24, 2005 IN TAGAYTAY CITY

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) 7 th Biennial National Convention set on April 19-22, 2005 at Baguio City has been reset to June 21 to 24, 2005 at Tagaytay City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds is authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Auxencio Joseph B. Clemente, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.

This amends OCA Circular No. 118-2004.
