REGUALR MONTHLY MEETING ON JANUARY 30, 2004 AT 11:00 O' CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE, 22 ND FLOOR, NEW MAKATI CITY HALL, MAKATI CITY

The Philippine Judges Association will hold its regular monthly meeting of the officers and directors on January 30, 2004 at 11:00 o' clock in the morning at the Executive Lounge, 22 nd Floor, New Makati City Hall, Makati City.

Attendance at the said convention shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to the local funds if authorized available, but all concerned should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete a report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the said assembly.
