TO : All Presiding Judges and Concerned Personnel of the Regional Trial Courts and the Metropolitan Trial Courts of Quezon City

SUBJECT : Demo of eCourt Prototype and Composition of the Core Group of Branch Clerks of Court

In order to build awareness and better understanding of the eCourt software representatives of the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative will present the prototype of the eCourt software at the Judges Lounge, Quezon City Hall of Justice on November 20, 22, 27 and 29, 2012 from 8:30 to 10:00 am and 10:00 to 11:30 am.

All judges are encouraged to attend any one of the sessions. Considering that the branch clerks of court, docket clerks, stenographers and interpreters of the different branches may eventually be trained to use the program, they are likewise encouraged to view the prototype.

As regards the encoding of case information, the following branch clerks of court will comprise the core group who will address the encoders' issues on encoding:
