AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF ALL FIRST-LEVEL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT IN THE AUTONOMOUS REGION OF MUSLIM MINDANAO (ARMM) TO THE VALIDATION WORKSHOP ON ENHANCING COURT INFRASTRUCTURE

The Office of the Court Administrator, in coordination with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), will conduct a Validation Workshop on Enhancing Court Infrastructure to be held on 2 March 2011 from 8:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Kasfala Hall, Alabel, Sarangani.

The following Judges and Clerks of Court are required to attend in the aforementioned Validation Workshop as PARTICIPANTS:

The attendance of the participants shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, to be funded by USAID through ABA ROLI.

The participating judges shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Validation Workshop and that parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
