REORGANIZING THE INSPECTION TEAM TO CONDUCT AN INSPECTION OF OFFICE SUPPLIES BEFORE DELIVERY THEREOF TO THE LOWER COURTS

In view of the resignation of Ms. Felicitas D. Caunca of the Property Division, Office of Administrative Services as Head of the Inspection Team created under Administrative Circular No. 41-2001 dated 8 August 2001, and the recommendation of Atty. Eden T. Candelaria, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Administrative Officer, the composition of the Inspection Team is hereby reorganized, thus:

Head :

Pepito Virola -- Financial Services Division, SC

Asst. Head :

Ana Ma. Christina M. Arce -- Property Division, OCA

Members : Gil Tribiana -- representing the Committee on Bids

Alma Acance -- representing the Internal Audit Division, SC

Susan Lanche -- representing the Property Division, SC

This Administrative Circular takes effect upon its issuance.
