AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUSTICES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF BATANGAS PROVINCE TO THE ORIENTATION CONFERENCE WITH STAKEHOLDERS ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC), in coordination with the Regional Trial Courts and First Level Courts of Batangas Province, the Provincial Government of Batangas and the Integrated Bar of the Philippine (Batangas Chapter), will conduct an Orientation Conference with Stakeholders on Court-Annexed Mediation in the Province of Batangas to be held on 27th of October 2006 at Days Hotel, Batangas City.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court in the Province of Batangas are required to attend and participate in the aforementioned Orientation Conference;
