AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT, COURT OF APPEALS, SANDIGANBAYAN, COURT OF TAX APPEALS AND JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AT THE PANEL DISCUSSION ON GRAVE ABUSE OF DISCRETION IN THE CONTEXT OF SEPARATION OF POWERS

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Fulbright-Sycip Distinguished Lecturing Program, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), The Asia Foundation (TAF), and the Program Management Office (PMO), will conduct a Panel Discussion on Grave Abuse of Discretion in the Context of Separation of Powers to be held at the Hyatt Hotel Manila, 1588 Pedro Gil corner M.H. Del Pilar Street, Malate, Manila, on February 23, 2006, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. The following justices of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan, Court of Tax Appeals and judges of the Regional Trial Courts are required to attend and participate in said lecture:
