TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COURT PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT: GENERAL MEETING ON 22 MARCH 2002 AT THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, LAPU-LAPU CITY

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the Court Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will have their General Meeting on 22 March 2002 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice, Lapu-Lapu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges / Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said meeting.
