AN ACT RENAMING PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION AS GOVERNOR JOAQUIN L. ORTEGA AVENUE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Pennsylvania Avenue, a secondary national road situated in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union is hereby renamed as Governor Joaquin L. Ortega Avenue.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
