AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION XII IN THE 4TH REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public sendee and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level trial courts of Region XII are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 11 to 13 May 2005 at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Governor Camins Avenue, Zamboanga City. Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions from 11 to 13 May 2005, while those who are not members of the Bar will attend the sessions of 11 May 2005 only.

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal, force in their respective courts during the Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
