AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF EXECUTIVE JUDGES AND VICE EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF REGIONS 1 and 2 AT THE SEMINAR ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE ON FINANCIAL REHABILITATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative (ABA- ROLI) will conduct a Seminar on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation for Executive and Vice Executive Judges and Other Stakeholders of Regions 1 and 2 on April 16, 2015, Thursday, in Manila.
