TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT: UPDATES ON PLEA BARGAINING AND PRESENTATION OF HMO PROVIDERS FOR JUDGES

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will conduct a lecture on updates on Plea Bargaining and presentation of HMO Providers for Judges on the following dates and at the following venues, to be participated by its officers and members:

December 7, 2018 (for Luzon Judges) - SM Aura, Taguig City

December 12,2018 (for Visayas Judges) - CebuCity

December 19,2018 (for Mindanao Judges) - Davao City

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the lecture in their respective areas on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Juliet M. Manalo-San Gaspar, Deputy Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the activity with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
