AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION III IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE RULE OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region III on September 14, 2010 (Batch 1) and September 16, 2010 (Batch 2), at the Holiday Inn Clark, Mimosa Drive, Mimosa Leisure Estate, Pampanga.

Judges and Clerks of Court of the following areas shall attend the seminar-workshop on the date specified below;

Batch 1 Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga, Tarlac

September 14, 2010, Tuesday

Batch 2 Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora

September 16, 2010, Thursday

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

Any communication relating to the workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Taft Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
