TO : ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : SPECIAL MEETING ON 24 FEBRUARY 2015 IN METRO MANILA

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a Special Meeting on 24 February 2015 in Metro Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report on the meeting with complete list of all judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
