3-DAY IBP REGIONAL AFFAIR TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 16 -1 18, 1995 AT SHANGHAI RESTAURANT, BALIBAGO, ANGELES CITY

The INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES , Pampanga Chapter, in coordination with the U.P. Law Center, Institute of Judicial Administration, will be conducting a 3-day IBP Regional Affair to be held on November 16 - 18. 1995, at Shanghai Restaurant, Balibago, Angeles City. On November 18, 1995, in the morining thereof, the Chief Justice, Hon. Andres Narvasa, will address the participants.

This is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the affair.
