Subject: Reinstatement on the ban on exportation of raw hides and skins
For information, attached is a copy, transmitted to BSP by the Export Development Council, of the Department of Trade and Industry Administrative Order No. 01 Series of 2002 dated February 27, 2002 entitled "Reinstating the ban on the exportation of raw hides from cow, carabao, goat, sheep and other type of animals". The Order reinstates the ban on raw hides and skins only which shall be in force for the period covering March 1, 2002 up to August 31, 2002.
Please inform your exporter-clients accordingly.
