Eva Z. Banzon appeared for the petitioner, while Atty. Bernardino Paul R. Somera, Jr. appeared for the respondent. It appears however that a "Withdrawal of the Petition " was filed by petitioner's counsel on November 3, 20 15, alleging that: after a careful deliberation of the attendant circumstances in this case, the company/petitioner decided to no longer pursue the instant Petition, and thus, the company respectfully withdraw the same. There being no objection interposed by respondent's counsel, the motion to withdraw the petit ion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the instant Petition for Review filed by petitioner on January 5, 201 5, is considered WITHDRAWN. This case is now CLOSED and TERMINATED.
