Subject: Rural Bank of San Enrique (Iloilo), Inc. - Adoption of a Business Name
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the adoption of the business name, "BANCO SAN ENRIQUE (A RURAL BANK)" by the Rural bank of San Enrique (Iloilo), Inc. The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing the Bank's business name on 5 October 2010.
