In celebration of the National Social Welfare Week, the Philippine Association, of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) in cooperation with the Department of Social Welfare and Development will have their opening ceremony on 24 November 2003 in DSWD, Batasan Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City,
