SUBJECT : Designating Branch 8, MeTC, Manila City, as Assisting Court to Branch 35, MeTC, Quezon City
In view of the promotion of Hon. J. Ermin Ernest Louie R. Miguel, formerly Presiding Judge, Branch 11, MeTC, Manila City, Assisting Court to Branch 35, MeTC, Quezon City, pursuant to OCA Circular No. 10-2015-A, dated 11 February 2015, as amended by OCA Circular Nos. 10-2015-AA and 10-2015-AAA, Branch 8, MeTC, Manila City, presided by Hon. Michelle G. Divina-Delfin, is hereby designated as Assisting Court to Branch 35, MeTC, Quezon City, in lieu of Branch 11, MeTC, Manila City, which is now vacant, effective immediately.
