SUBJECT:

MEETING ON DECEMBER 15, 2010 AT 5:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON AT THE DIAMOND HOTEL, MANILA

The Officers and Members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a meeting on December 15, 2010 at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Diamond Hotel, Manila.

All concemedyere hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties .are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report regarding the meeting within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
