TO: ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE 1 st AND 2 nd LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT: TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

The team of consultants for the JRSCP-HRD is now engaged in the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) stage of the study. To facilitate the TNA design and the instruments, the consultants will undertake a quick familiarization tour and profiling of selected lower courts.

All are hereby enjoined to give assistance and cooperation to the consultants when they go to your respective courts to:

Call on and interview the presiding judges, to observe the court transactions, and to interview or hold small focus group discussions with selected court personnel; and

Undertake the Training Needs Analysis at all levels involving all court personnel.
