TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : ANNUAL CONVENTION ON 14 TO 16 OCTOBER 2015 AT THE MARRIOTT HOTEL, PASAY CITY

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention 14 to 16 October 2015 at the Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja, Deputy Secretary-General of the PJA, shall submit a report on the convention with the complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
