SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON JULY 15 TO 16, 2010 AT THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT, MAGALLANES, SORSOGON

The officers of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold the continuation of its National Board Meeting on July 15 to 16, 2010 at the Municipal Trial Court, Magallanes, Sorsogon, to discuss important matters before the next National Convention, set on October 20 to 22, 2010.

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
