INVESTOR INFORMATION SEMINAR AT THE CAP AUDITORIUM, POST OFFICE LOOP, SESSION HALL, BAGUIO CITY ON 25 NOVEMBER 2002

The Securities and Exchange Commission will conduct an Investor Information Seminar at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City on 25 November 2002 .

All concerned may attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and concerned parties are notified of any canceled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.

This amends OCA Circular No. 52-2002 dated 1 October 2002.
