SUBJECT :

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON 25 NOVEMBER 2011 AT 11:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING IN MANILA

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold amonthly Regular Meeting on 25 November 2011 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning in Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendar are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said meeting.
