TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : MONTHLY MEETINGS ON JULY 25, 2013 AND SEPTEMBER 12, 2013 AT CABANATUAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA AND GENERAL SANTOS CITY, SOUTH COTABATO, RESPECTIVELY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their monthly meetings on July 25, 2013 and September 12, 2013, both at 6:00 P.M., at Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and General Santos City, South Cotabato, respectively.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit reports regarding the conduct of every meeting (including the complete lists of judges who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from every conclusion thereof.
