AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT OR CLERKS IN CHARGE OF SMALL CLAIMS CASES IN FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION IN THE TRAINING ON THE SMALL CLAIMS CASE MONITORING SYSTEM

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in coordination with the Office of the Court Administrator and the Program Management Office, and in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, will conduct the Training on the Small Claims Case Monitoring System (SC2MS) on March 26 (Batch 1), and March 27 (Batch 2), 2012 at the Fort llocandia Resort Hotel, Laoag City.

The following Clerks of Court or Clerk in Charge of the Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Courts of Region I are the designated participants on the date specified below:

March 26 (Batch 1

Pangasinan, Benguet, Abra, Mountain Province

March 27 (Batch 2)

La Union, llocos Norte, llocos, Sur

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
