OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) IN REGION VI AND VII

SUBJECT:

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON OCTOBER 20 AND 21, 2011 AT THE BACOLOD PAVILION HOTEL

The officers and members of the Philippine. Association of Court Employees (PACE) of Regions VI and VII will hold a Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on October 20 and 21, 2011 at the Bacolod Pavilion Hotel.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
