DIRECTING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND THE "SERVICE DELIVERY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM"

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services will conduct a training program entitled "Service Delivery Enhancement Program" at the SC Training Center on November 16-17, 2016.

The sixteen (16) hours Program is aimed at demonstrating the modern approach in the delivery of better customer service; identifying the employees' role as public servants; identifying who the employees' clients are; and enhancing the employees' competencies and potentials for good client interactions.

The following are hereby authorized to attend the training and give priority to the undertaking:
