ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT :

MID-TERM CONVENTION ON OCTOBER 10 TO 12, 2012 AT THE PAVILION HOTEL, BACOLOD CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a Mid-Term Convention on October 10 to 12, 2012 at the Pavilion Hotel, Bacolod City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Lyliha A. Aquino, Secretary-General of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
