TO: BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MEETING ON FEBRUARY 17 and 18, 2005 AT THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF MANILA

The Board of Officers of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its regular meeting on February 17 and 18, 2005 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court of Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. George D. Mabborang, President, SCOPHIL shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
