For your information and guidance , attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 3 May 2006, in Administrative Case No. 4809 entitled, "Sps Willian Adecer and Teresita P. Adecer vs. Atty. Emmanuel Akul" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Emmanuel Akul from the practice of law fro six (6) months.

The decision was received by the respondent on 29 May 2006.
