TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE SEMINAR ON AUGUST 29-30, 2001 IN OLONGAPO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Zambales-Olongapo City Chapter in cooperation with the UP Law Center Institute of Judicial Administration will be sponsoring a two (2) day "General Law Practice Seminar" to be held on August 29 to 30, 2001 at the Formosa Hall of the Administration Building of SBDMC, Inc., Argonaut Highway corner Rizal Highway, Subic Bay Industrial Park, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
