SUBJECT : CONSULTATION DIALOGUE ON 22 JANUARY 2016 AT THE ROBBINSDALE RESIDENCES, QUEZON CITY

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office NCR will conduct a consultation dialogue relative to the Memorandum Circular No. 7, series of 2015 or the amended Administrative Order No. 11 series of Omnibus Guidelines on the Domestic Adoption Process on May 8, 2015, to be held on 22 January 2016, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Robbinsdale Residences, No. 14, G. AranetaAve., Quezon City.

In connection therewith, the following family court judges and court social workers are hereby authorized to attend the consultation dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
