SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. CHICHINA FAYE LIM FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 16 August 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 11380, entitled "Jen Sherry Wee-Cruz v. Atty. Chichina Faye Lim," to wit:

WHEREFORE , Atty. Chichina Faye Lim is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for two years. Let a copy of this Decision be entered in her personal record at the Office of the Bar Confidant, and a copy be served on the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all the courts in the land.

In a Resolution dated 11 July 2017, the Court GRANTED the respondent's Motion for Reconsideration and REDUCED the period of suspension to one (1) year.
