SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) MONTH OF ATTY. VIVIAN G. RUBIA

In the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated July 21, 2006, in Administrative Case No. 5907 and 5942 entitled, " Elsa L Mondejar vs. Atty. Vivian G. Rubia " respondent Atty. Vivian G. Rubia was suspended from the practice of law for one (1) month, effective upon receipt of the finality of the decision.

In a Resolution dated December 6, 2006 , the Court denied with finality the respondent's Motion for Reconsideration for lack of merit. Copy of the resolution was received by the respondent on January 31, 2007.
